Where to Find Your Customer ID

  • You can find it at the top of your Westpac account statement, either printed or electronic.
  • It is also stored in the Westpac Mobile App and Internet Banking portal.

How to Retrieve It Online or via App

If you don’t have access to a statement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Westpac login page or open the mobile app.
  2. Select “Forgot Customer ID or Password”.
  3. Choose “Customer ID” when prompted.
  4. Enter your personal details and click “Next”.
