If you’ve forgotten your Westpac Customer ID or don’t know where to locate it, there are several easy ways to recover or find it both online and offline. Follow the instructions below to regain access quickly.
Find Customer ID via Desktop Banking
- Go to the Westpac Online Banking login page.
- Click “Forgot customer ID or password”, then select “I have forgotten my Customer ID”.
- Fill in your personal details, click “Next”, and follow the instructions.
Find Customer ID via Mobile Banking App
- Open the Westpac Mobile Banking App on your device.
- Tap the three-line menu in the top-left corner, then go to “Sign in settings”.
- Select “Forgot Customer ID”, enter the requested information, input the SMS code, and confirm.
Locate Customer ID on Statements
- Your Customer ID appears at the top of your Westpac account statements.
