A customer can send money overseas with CommBank in the NetBank, the mobile app, or in the branch, for this he should:
- in online banking:
- sign in the Internet banking
- select Transfers and BPAY
- press International Money Transfer.
- select the country of the recipient
- add the details of the receiver
- check the transfer information
- confirm the operation
- in the mobile application:
- log in to the mobile app
- select Pay Someone
- tap Overseas transfer (such transfers already have been made earlier) or "+" (new receiver)
- select the country of the recipient
- add the details of the receiver
- check the transfer information
- confirm the operation
- visit the nearest branch with your ID documents and the transfer details
The transfer fee is 30 AUD for transfer in a branch and 6 AUD by the Internet.
The abroad money transfers usually take 1-3 business days.
