You can use Ceba in the NetBank or the mobile app, for this:

- log in to the app

- press the Commonwealth online chat Ceba on the upper right corner of the screen

  1. in the mobile app:

- sign in to the app

- tap the Commonwealth live chat Ceba on the upper right corner of the monitor
