How do I change my address at Bankwest?

A personal customer can change his address and phone number in the Inet banking and the mobile app:

• enter the online banking or the mobile app
• tap "My details & security", then "My contact details" in Inet banking or "Settings" > "Contact details"​ in the mobile app
• input the received SMS code
• select the data to be changed and follow the instructions
