Bankwest provides a convenient and secure way to pay bills using BPAY. To complete a payment successfully, you need to enter the unique Biller Code and your Customer Reference Number (CRN), which ensure that the payment is directed to the correct recipient and account.

Where to Find Your Bankwest Biller Code

You can find the Biller Code on your Bankwest paper bill, usually near the BPAY logo. It may be located:

  • At the bottom of the first page of the bill;
  • On the back of the bill;
  • In the section with the detachable payment slip.

Note that the Biller Code is a numeric identifier indicating where the funds should be sent. Each recipient has a unique code, so it must be entered correctly.

How to Use the Biller Code in Bankwest Online Banking

To pay a bill via BPAY in Bankwest online banking, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Bankwest online banking account.
  2. Go to Payments & Transfers and select Make a Payment.
  3. Choose BPAY as the payment method.
  4. Enter the Biller Code shown on your bill.
  5. Select the payee from the dropdown list or add a new one if it is not listed.
  6. Enter your Customer Reference Number (CRN), also shown on the bill.
  7. Specify the payment amount and date.
  8. Confirm the payment and save the receipt for your records.
