Commbank budget planner is not a single app, but a function of the mobile app of CBA.

By using the app, you can:

1. view your expenses for the period by directions (switch to accounts, scroll, and tap on "Money plan")
2. look through your expenditures, and see their details (tap "Accounts" and choose the desired card or banking account)
3. track your bills for payment (switch to "Accounts", and select "See upcoming bills and payments")
4. see your income, expenses, and savings for the period in the form of graphs (switch to "Accounts", scroll and tap on "Money Plan" and scroll to "Cash flow")
