To protect your data from scammers, CBA advises you to:

  1. do not take the actions specified in the letter, message, or call, if they look suspicious, for example, do not follow the link, just take a break
  2. make sure that this appeal is genuine - contact a representative of the company, you may have communicated with its representative before, or Google contacts
  3. if you doubt the authenticity of the appeal, just delete the letter, or message, or reset the call
