Westpac Bank (NZ) proposes a tertiary account for undergraduates on the following conditions:
- no monthly account maintenance
- free electronic transactions
- free Westpac ATM deposits, and deposits and withdrawals at a branch
- 10 AUD annual account fee for a Debit Mastercard or 15 AUD for an Airpoint Debit MasterCard
- free phone banking
- 9 AUD monthly for unarranged overdraft
