NAB: financial hardship, what should I do

See the NAB hardship phone number

If you have financial difficulties (for example, due to dismissal, domestic violence, illness, injury, natural disasters, etc.), and you feel that you will not be able to pay your loan debt to the bank on time, you should immediately contact the NAB manager (call 1800-701-599 or visit the nearest branch) so as not to fall under penalties.

It is very likely that the bank will meet you and offer to restructure the debt, for example, offer credit holidays.
