Commbank proof of balance of your account is often required by government agencies or employers for identity and verification purposes. Here’s how you can download or email an official balance confirmation via online or mobile banking.

NetBank (desktop)

In NetBank, you can print the form with your Name, account and BSB number, and address:

  • Log in to online banking and switch to View accounts → Account information
  • Select the desired account and press Useful account documents
  • Choose Balance confirmation, then download the PDF or email it to a third party

Mobile App (CommBank app)

In the CommBank mobile app, follow these steps to get your proof of balance:

  • Log in and go to Accounts → select your account → tap Manage
  • Tap Statements and more, then select Proof of balance
  • Download the form or email it to yourself or someone else

  • NetBank also lets you download other account documents like Account confirmation and Detailed account summary
  • No need to print—balance confirmations can be emailed directly to agencies via NetBank or the app
