How to Deposit Notes at a Bank of Melbourne Smart ATM

  1. Locate a Smart ATM: Find a Bank of Melbourne, St.George, or BankSA branded ATM that supports cash deposits. These ATMs are typically available at most branches.
  2. Access Cardless Deposit: On the ATM screen, select the "Cardless Deposit" option to begin the process.
  3. Enter Your Card Number: Input your Bank of Melbourne card number using the on-screen keypad.
  4. Verify Your Details: Review the displayed information to ensure accuracy, then confirm by pressing "Yes."
  5. Provide Your Mobile Number: Enter your mobile phone number to receive a confirmation SMS.
  6. Input Reference Number: If applicable, enter a reference number to associate with this deposit.
  7. Select Deposit Account: Choose the account into which you wish to deposit the funds.
  8. Insert Cash: Feed up to 40 notes into the designated slot. The ATM will automatically count and validate the notes.
