CommBank – problems with the mobile app

If you have problems with the CBA mobile app, you should:

  • restart your mobile
  • check if your phone has the latest version of the operating system, as well as the latest version of the mobile app from the Google Play or Apple Store
  • clear your cookies, history, and cache from the settings of your mobile
  • you entered the correct ID and password
