Bankwest telephone banking enables a client to make a wide range of financial services, including:

1. discover your balance
2. repay a loan debt
3. establish payments up to 90 days ahead
4. сhange your password
5. send money between accounts
6. pay bills with BPAY®
7. order a statement

A customer must know his Personal Access Number and 4-digit telephone banking PIN to use Bankwest phone banking.

To activate the service a client should call 13-17-19 and press 1.
