To locate your Customer Access Number (CAN) for Bank of Melbourne, you can follow these steps:

How to Find Your Customer Access Number (CAN)

You can find your Customer Access Number in one of the following ways:

  • In Internet Banking:
    1. Log in to Internet Banking.
    2. Once logged in, your CAN will be displayed in the bar across the top of your screen, underneath your name.
  • In the Mobile Banking App:
    1. Log in to the mobile app.
    2. Tap the three dots in the top left-hand corner.
    3. Your CAN will be displayed above your last login details.

If you are unable to log in or have forgotten your CAN, you can retrieve it by:

  1. Going to the Internet Banking logon page and clicking "Forgotten?" next to the Card/Access Number field.
  2. Entering your card details and date of birth.
  3. Selecting a registered phone number to receive a Secure Code via SMS or voice message.
  4. Entering the Secure Code and clicking "Authenticate" to receive your CAN via SMS.

Alternatively, you can contact Bank of Melbourne's customer service at 13 22 66 (available 8am–8pm, Monday–Friday) for assistance in retrieving your CAN.
