Altitude Black Credit Card
Cardholders of the Westpac Altitude Black credit card are entitled to two complimentary airport lounge passes annually. The type of lounge access depends on the rewards program selected:
- Altitude Rewards: Access to over 1,200 airport lounges worldwide through the Priority Pass program. To utilize this benefit, cardholders must enroll in the Priority Pass program, which is free for the first year. Additional visits beyond the complimentary passes incur a fee, charged to the cardholder's account.
- Altitude Qantas: Two Qantas Club lounge invitations per year, available after registering and opting in. These invitations are valid for Qantas-operated lounges when flying on eligible Qantas or Jetstar flights.
- Altitude Velocity: Two complimentary Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge passes annually. Eligibility requires providing a Velocity Frequent Flyer number, making a direct spend with Virgin Australia each year, and ensuring the card account is in good standing.
Altitude Qantas Black Credit Card
Similar to the Altitude Black card, the Altitude Qantas Black credit card offers two Qantas Club lounge invitations per year. To qualify, cardholders must register and opt in, then use the card to purchase selected Qantas products and services in Australia. Invitations are provided within 14 business days of meeting the spending criteria and are valid for a single visit before the specified expiry date.
Altitude Velocity Black Credit Card
The Altitude Velocity Black credit card provides two complimentary Virgin Australia Domestic Lounge passes annually. To be eligible, cardholders must have an active Velocity Frequent Flyer number, make a direct spend with Virgin Australia each year, and ensure the card account is not in arrears for more than two consecutive statement cycles. Lounge passes are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and will appear in the cardholder's Velocity Frequent Flyer account within 10 business days of meeting the eligible spend criteria.
