See where a client can use Westpac online chat for asking questions

Westpac (Australia) has a chat virtual assistant “Red” which will help you find out information about any banking products and services 24 hours, 7 days a week.

A client is able ti use “Red” whether in its Online banking or the Mobile application, for this:

1. Mobile App:

  • Sign in to the Westpac MobileApp and click on the ‘Contact’
  • On the 'Contact Us' page, press on the ‘Chat now’

 2. Internet banking: 

  • Sign in to Westpac Live Internet Banking and use a 'Chat with us' in the lower right corner of the page
  • Press on the 'Chat with us'
