Check Your Westpac Application Status

If you have applied for a Westpac credit card or home loan and want to check the current status of your application, you can use the following official methods.

Credit Card Application Status

1. Go to the official Westpac credit card application status page: Check your credit card application status.
2. Enter your application number and your last name.
3. Click “Next” to view the current status of your application.

You will have received your application number via email or SMS after submitting your application.

Home Loan Application Status

1. Go to the official Westpac home loan application status page: Check your home loan application status.
2. If you have online banking access, log in using your Customer ID and temporary password provided in the confirmation email.
3. If you do not have online banking access, enter your application number and last name.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to view your application status.

Your application number will have been provided via email or SMS after submitting your application.
