A client can change the PIN for his credit card, for this, he should:
- sign in to the NetBank
- select ‘My Accounts’
- click ”My Bank Accounts”
- choose the required card
- press “Card Services”
- select “Change Card PIN”
- enter a new password
A customer can also change the PIN in the ATMs of Suncorp or by calling 13-11-15.
