How do I request my statements in NAB?

Customers of National Australia Bank can easily download bank statements online via the mobile app or Internet Banking. Below are the updated steps to make the process smooth and efficient.

In the Mobile App

  • Log in to the NAB mobile app
  • Select the desired account and tap “Statements”
  • Choose the statement date or recent transactions, then tap “Ok” and download or share

In Internet Banking

  • Log in to NAB Internet Banking
  • Click “Accounts” → “Account statements”
  • Select account and date range, click “Search,” then “Download” to get your PDF

Additional Information

  • You can access online statements going back up to seven years via Internet Banking and up to two years via the mobile app.
  • Online statements include regular account statements, proof of balance, interest statements, and recent transaction summaries.
  • If you're not yet registered for e-statements, you can activate them in-app under Settings → Statement Preferences or via Profile & Settings → Statement settings online.
