How to Replace Your NAB Card
- Online Banking: Log in to NAB Internet Banking, navigate to the "Cards" section, select the card you wish to replace, and follow the prompts to request a replacement.
- Mobile App: Open the NAB app, go to the "Cards" section, select your card, and choose the option to replace it.
- Branch Visit: Visit your nearest NAB branch to request a card replacement in person.
- Phone Support: Call NAB at 13 22 65 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM AEST/AEDT) for assistance with replacing your card.
Once your replacement card is issued, it should arrive within 5–7 business days. Upon receipt, ensure you activate the new card and securely destroy the old one by cutting it in half, including the magnetic strip and chip.
