Learn how to download your NAB Proof of Balance statement using Internet Banking or the NAB mobile app.
Internet Banking (Desktop / Web)
- Log in to NAB Internet Banking with your 8–10‑digit NAB ID and password.
- Look for “Proof of Balance” on the side panel and click Download.
- The balance statement will be generated and saved to your computer (usually in the Downloads folder).
- Double-click the PDF file to view your Proof of Balance statement. You can then save or print it using toolbar icons.
NAB Mobile App (iOS or Android)
- Open and log in to the NAB mobile app.
- If using iOS, tap More; if Android, tap the Menu icon.
- Tap Reports, then select Proof of balance.
- Read any preparatory information and tap Create report.
- The statement will appear. On iOS, tap Share to export; on Android, tap the three dots to export.
Important Notes
- You can access Proof of Balance statements for personal or business accounts via Internet Banking for up to seven years, and up to two years via the mobile app.
