Suncorp Bank customers can use BPAY® to pay bills conveniently through Internet Banking, the mobile app, or Telephone Banking. Below is an updated guide on how to initiate a BPAY payment, processing times, and daily payment limits.
Paying via Internet Banking or the Mobile App
- Log in to Internet Banking or the Suncorp Bank App.
- Navigate to the BPAY – Pay Bills section.
- Enter the biller code and your customer reference number as shown on your bill.
- Enter the payment amount and select the account to debit.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your payment.
Paying via Telephone Banking
- Call Suncorp Telephone Banking on 13 11 25.
- Enter your 14-digit card number (or account number) followed by your TAC if needed.
- Press 3 for “Transfer money and BPAY.”
- Press 3 again to access the BPAY payment function.
- Follow the voice prompts to enter biller details, amount, and confirm the payment.
Processing Time
BPAY payments are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Payments submitted after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
Daily Payment Limits
The standard daily combined limit for external payments — including BPAY and transfers to other banks — is AUD 5,000 by default.
- You can increase this limit to up to AUD 50,000 per day using the Suncorp Bank Secured App to generate a Security Token.
- For payments exceeding AUD 3,000 in a single day, you may be prompted to authorize using a Security Token Code.
