How do I get Suncorp statements?

Accessing your Suncorp Bank account statements is easy and can be done online, via the mobile app, or by requesting paper statements. This guide explains the steps to view or obtain your account records efficiently.

Accessing eStatements

You can view your eStatements for personal transaction and savings accounts, term deposits, PayLater accounts, Clear Options credit cards, and home loans issued since 1 July 2013.

  • Internet Banking: Log in and select ‘eStatements’ from the menu to see available statements.
  • Suncorp Bank App: Open the app, select the relevant account, and tap ‘eStatements’.
  • Credit Card Statements: Access them via the Credit Card Services Portal.

If you need statements prior to 1 July 2013, contact Suncorp Bank to arrange issuance at no cost.

Requesting Paper Statements

To receive paper statements:

  • Phone: Call 13 11 75 (or +61 7 3362 1712 from overseas) to request paper statements.
  • Branch: Visit your nearest Suncorp Bank branch to request statements.
  • Frequency: Paper statements can be mailed monthly, quarterly, every six months, or annually depending on account type.

Accessing Statements for Closed Accounts

  • Re-add the Account: You may need to re-add a closed account to Internet Banking or the app to view eStatements.
  • Login Credentials: Ensure you have the necessary login details for accessing statements of closed accounts.
