How do I change my address in Westpac Bank?

Discover how a client can change his address in Westpac bank


A customer can update his address, email, and phone number, for this he should:

  1. Log in to the mobile banking app
  2. Click on Profile
  3. Press on Settings
  4. Tap Contact details
  5. Enter the SMS code
  6. Edit your details: tap Add address or Mobile
  7. Fill in or change the data and tap Save

You can also update your details from the Smart Search bar.
