Losing a bank card is not only unpleasant but also risky. If you don’t notify the bank in time and block the card, you risk losing the funds on it. A dishonest person who finds the card may withdraw money, transfer it to another account, or make purchases with it. Call Bankwest and report the lost card:
If your card is stolen, lost, or damaged, do not despair, just call Bankwest on 13-17-19 and report your problem.
You can also report your problem using the mobile application of Bankwest, for this:
- Enter the program
- Click on "Cards"
- Press on "Lost, stolen or damaged card" and select the card
- Follow the instructions
- Bankwest will cancel the card and replace it
