What should I do if I’ve lost my Bankwest card?

Call Bankwest and report the lost card:

If your card is stolen, lost, or damaged, do not despair, just call Bankwest on 13-17-19 and report your problem.

You can also report your problem using the mobile application of Bankwest, for this:

  1. Enter the program
  2. Click on "Cards"
  3. Press on "Lost, stolen or damaged card" and select the card
  4. Follow the instructions
  5. Bankwest will cancel the card and replace it
