Activating Your Bank of Melbourne Card Online

To activate your new card, ensure you have access to either Internet Banking or the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App. Here's how you can activate your card using each method:

Using Internet Banking

  1. Sign in to Internet Banking using your card/access number, security number, and password.
  2. Navigate to Manage my accounts.
  3. Select Activate new card.
  4. Enter your new card number and click Continue.

Using the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App

  1. Open the Bank of Melbourne Mobile Banking App.
  2. Tap on Services.
  3. Under the My Cards menu, tap on Activate a card.
  4. Enter your new card number and tap Activate card.
