ANZ Internet Banking is widely used across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and other regions. Occasionally, users may find themselves locked out of their accounts due to multiple failed login attempts, security measures, or system errors. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the steps to unlock or recover your access.

1. Check for System Issues

Before troubleshooting your own login, make sure the problem isn’t caused by a general outage:

  • Visit the ANZ Service Status page
  • Search “ANZ internet banking outage” on Google or social media
  • Try logging in from a different browser or device

2. Wait 12–24 Hours

In some cases, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Waiting for 12–24 hours may allow automatic unlocking.

3. Reset Your Password

If you forgot your password or PIN:

  • Go to the login page and click “Forgot password”
  • Follow the prompts to verify your identity and reset credentials

4. Call ANZ Support

If you still can’t access your account, call ANZ Internet Banking support:

  • Australia: 13 33 50
  • From overseas: +61 3 9683 9999

Make sure you have your Customer Registration Number (CRN) and identification ready.
