As of September 2025, the NAB Shareholder Benefit program has been discontinued. However, shareholders who were eligible for the program prior to its suspension may continue to enjoy certain benefits. Below is an overview of the program's status and the benefits available to qualifying shareholders.

Shareholder Benefit Program Status

The NAB Shareholder Benefit program was officially discontinued on 30 September 2019. This decision was made to streamline NAB's offerings and ensure they align with the bank's current strategic priorities.

Continuing Benefits for Eligible Shareholders

Shareholders who held 500 or more ordinary NAB shares and were enrolled in the program before its suspension may still be eligible for specific benefits. These include:

    • Annual Fee Waiver on Selected NAB Credit Cards: Eligible shareholders may receive a waiver of the annual fee on one of the following NAB credit cards:
      • NAB Low Fee – Annual fee: $30
      • NAB Low Fee Platinum – Annual fee: $90
      • NAB Rewards Classic – Annual fee: $95
      • NAB Qantas Rewards – Annual fee: $95

Note: The annual fees listed are current as of 13 September 2024 and are subject to change.

  • Preferential Consumer Lending: Eligible shareholders may have access to preferential rates on certain consumer loans, subject to NAB's lending criteria and approval processes.
