How do prevent frauds as a NAB customer?

See what the owner of a NAB card should do not to become a victim

To avoid fraudsters accessing your NAB card, follow these recommendations:

  • before using the card in an ATM - inspect it for the presence of foreign devices
  • do not give your card to anyone, even relatives, if necessary - issue an additional card
  • do not lose sight of the card when paying for goods or services, for example, do not give it to the waiter to pay for lunch
  • do not store the PIN in an insecure place
  • don't set simple passwords like your year of birth
  • enter your password so that others do not see it
  • if necessary, use additional means of protecting transactions, for example, Online Secure
  • if the card has expired - cut it
  • install the latest version of antivirus on your computer
  • make payments online only on trusted, secure sites
