To send someone money within Australia you should:
- in the mobile app:
- log in to the app
- switch to "Menu"
- choose "Transfer & pay"
- tap the account to be used for a payment
- select "Pay anyone"
- choose a saved payee, or "+BSB & Acc" if this is the first transfer to this counterparty
- enter the payee’s details: account name, BSB, and account number
- if you desire, press "Save payee" and add his "Nickname"
- if necessary, add a "Reference" and tap "Continue"
- confirm the transaction using the code that will be sent in the SMS
- enter the "Amount", "Reference" and "Description" if necessary
- select the payment period in "Pay when" and tap "Next"
- check the details and tap "Pay now"
- enter the password to authorize the payment
- in online banking:
- log in to the Internet banking
- switch to "Transfer & Pay"
- click "Pay Anyone"
- choose the account to be used for a payment
- select or enter the account to which you want to send funds
- enter the amount, description, and your name
- choose the transfer frequency
- set a transfer date: current or future
- if you desire, you can notify the recipient or send yourself an SMS about the transfer of funds
- click "Next"
- check the details and confirm the transaction via SMS or notification code
- click "Submit"
