For Mac, you are to go to system preferences, choose “Wallet & Apple Pay”, then “Add Card”.

You have several options to use Apple Pay:

1.    With Face ID - make double-click on the side button, bring the camera to your face, then hold the phone to the payment terminal
2.    Touch ID – bring your iPhone to the terminal keeping your finger on Touch ID
