How do I change my name at Bankwest?

If you change your first or last name, it is important to update your official documents accordingly. If you are a Bankwest customer, you will need to complete the bank’s name change form. Please note that you will be required to provide supporting documents that confirm the name change. These may include a marriage certificate, a name change certificate, or an amended birth certificate.

If a customer wants to change his name in Banwest data, he should:

  • fill in the attached form
  • visit the nearest branch with the form and your ID and supporting documents or send their certified copies online
