BankSA no longer offers the Cardless Cash service. Previously, this feature allowed customers to withdraw cash using the mobile app by generating a one-time code for use at BankSA, Westpac, St.George, and Bank of Melbourne ATMs. However, as part of the ongoing review of products and services, BankSA has decided to discontinue this service.
What to Do If You Need to Withdraw Cash Without a Card
Although the Cardless Cash feature is no longer available, there are alternative ways to access cash:
- Using ATMs of BankSA, Westpac, St.George, or Bank of Melbourne: You can withdraw cash using your debit card at these ATMs. Simply insert your card and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Using a Digital Wallet: If your card is added to a digital wallet on your smartphone, you can use it for contactless payments in-store and online.
- Visiting a BankSA Branch: You can visit your nearest BankSA branch where staff can assist you in withdrawing cash from your account.
