KYC stands for know your customer. This means that according to Australian legislation, CBA must periodically update your personal and business details.
This can be done both at a CBA branch and in another secure way, for example, in online banking or the mobile app.
So, in particular, Commonwealth may ask you to provide or upload a photo of one or several of the following documents:
- Australian Birth Certificate
- Australian Driver Licence
- Medicare Card
- Passport
