Here’s how you can request a statement—also known as a proof of balance—from St. George Bank, using online and in‑branch methods.

Online Banking Method

In online banking: log in, select “Manage my accounts”, then under “Statements & balances” choose “Proof of balance”, select the desired account and click “Create report” to generate your document.

This generates a PDF report on St. George letterhead, showing current balance, account details, name and address.

Mobile App Method

In the St. George mobile app: log in, tap “Services”, then under “My Statements & Mail” select “Proof of balance”, choose the relevant account and tap “Create report” to download your statement.

Request via Document Form for Archived Accounts

Your download link will be active for seven days.
